Hi, we're Rob & Jill
We're Rob and Jill — a husband-and-wife team who've been photographing weddings around Jacksonville and St. Augustine since 2014. We're parents and St. Augustine locals, and after more than a decade we still chase this city's light: the way it pours through the oak canopies and glows off the old coquina walls.
Our approach is easygoing and documentary. Rob sees light and angles like the engineer he used to be; Jill reads the room and knows just when you need a quiet minute. We're there to capture your day the way it actually feels — the belly laughs, the happy tears, the small in-between moments — not to stage it.

Jessica & John at The Treasury on the Plaza
Jessica and John got married at The Treasury on the Plaza—and Captain Jack Sparrow crashed the party. He burst down the aisle during the ceremony, photobombed their first kiss, and even carried Jessica's train during portraits around downtown.
The Treasury's grand columns and candlelit aisle set the scene for the ceremony, while the navy blue and gold details (including a J&J monogrammed cake) tied everything together. Purple bridesmaid dresses popped against the historic architecture. After portraits at the Bridge of Lions, they ended the night with a sparkler exit—Jessica in a white leather jacket.

3.Secure Your Date
Reserve your wedding date with a signed contract and retainer. Balance is due 60 days before the wedding—and we’re happy to adjust the payment schedule if needed.
4.The Planning Process
About 30 days out, we’ll build your wedding photography timeline—making sure every key moment has the time it deserves.
5.Wedding Day
Wedding day! We handle everything—from getting ready through the last dance—so you can be fully present.

No travel fees for weddings in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, the Beaches, or anywhere on the First Coast. We're based in St. Augustine—just 40 minutes away—and photograph weddings throughout the area regularly.
We recommend booking 9-12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (October-May in Florida) and Saturday weddings. That said, we sometimes have last-minute availability—it never hurts to reach out even with a shorter timeline.
All packages include full editing on every image, an online gallery with download rights, timeline planning assistance, print rights, and a sneak peek within 48-72 hours. We offer both full-day (8 hours) and partial-day (4 hours) coverage options. A second photographer is available as an add-on.

We start building your wedding photography timeline during our consultation call—jotting down the big moments and working through the flow of your day. About 30 days out, we'll meet again to lock it in: what time you're popping champagne, walking down the aisle, and having your first dance. Timing shifts dramatically by season—sunset is around 5pm in a Florida winter and 8pm in the summer, and that changes everything about when we schedule portraits. We have sample timelines for most Jacksonville and First Coast venues and customize from there because no two wedding days are alike. Jilly is our timeline guru—she knows how long it takes to get from point A to point B and helps make sure the parts of your day that matter most to you have the time they need.
