Yes. For weddings, we ask for a retainer of $1,000–$1,500 to book your date, with the balance due 60 days before your wedding. We're happy to adjust the payment schedule—just ask.

Others like The White Room have beautiful natural light—knowing which direction the sun will be beaming in helps us position for the best shots. After 600+ weddings at First Coast venues, we know what to expect and how to make any space look great.
Less granular than you might think. We've seen timelines with down-to-the-minute execution that cause more stress than they prevent. We prefer working in blocks of time—5 minutes for bridesmaid photos, 15 minutes for family portraits—with a bit of buffer built in.
