Crosswater Hall Nocatee wedding venue is an award-winning event space in Ponte Vedra. The Nocatee Room has vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a fireplace, and French doors that open to a covered balcony. Warm and full of character.
Great for flexible couples: you bring your own caterer, bartender, and vendors. No preferred lists, no limits. The venue has a catering kitchen for easy setup. Simple pricing.

Vendor Freedom

Why We Love Photographing at Crosswater Hall
The bridal suite is one of the best prep spaces we work in. That floor-to-ceiling mirror frames bridal portraits on its own. The private balcony gives us soft outdoor light. We always plan extra time here.
In the Nocatee Room, vaulted wood-beam ceilings add warmth to every wide shot. The beams give reception photos scale and character that flat-ceiling halls lack. French doors to the balcony mix indoor and outdoor light. We frame the couple with the lawn visible behind them.
The outdoor lawn is clean and open. Plenty of room for backlit shots in late afternoon. The nearby Nocatee Town Center gives us modern backdrops for extra portraits.

The Outdoor Event Lawn
The outdoor lawn next to the hall is great for ceremonies. Trimmed grounds give a clean, classic backdrop with natural light.
The Bridal Suite
A floor-to-ceiling mirror, elegant vanity, private balcony, and private restroom. One of the best prep spaces in the area.
The Seabreeze Room
Top-floor space linked to the bridal suite. Plenty of room for hair and makeup. Natural light and clean decor.
The Plantation Balcony

We don't publish generic timelines. They're useless without knowing your date. Here's why:
A 5pm ceremony works great in summer. In winter, it means dark portraits. Your timeline must match your actual date and what matters most to you.

Want golden hour magic? We work backwards from sunset. End the ceremony 60-90 minutes before. That gives time for family photos, couple portraits, and the best light.
