"Best wedding photographers in NE Florida! My husband and I got married on Amelia Island, Florida. I was starting to get very nervous after reaching out to a few photographers in the area who were either way to expensive for our budget or already booked. I found Rob and Jill on a vendor list from our venue and WOW!!! Not only were they very reasonably priced, but they were so easy and fun to work with and the end results were SPECTACULAR!!!! They drove the 45 minutes from St. Augustine where they are located to Amelia Island where the wedding was, if you do not live in St. Augustine I would encourage you to reach out to see if they will make the trip, it will be well worth it. "There are truly not enough words in the English language to explain how immensely grateful we are for Rob & Jill. We hired them for our wedding in Glacier National Park and to say I was blown away by them in a massive understatement. From start to finish they made the entire process so simple and easy, they were responsive, friendly and organized. Since this was a full weekend affair, Jill had the entire weekend mapped out of where and when we would be doing portraits, including the 2+ mile hike they made with their gear (uphill, both ways, in the snow) to get candid shots of all our friends and family. My brother and bridesmaid both missed their college graduations to attend our wedding, and with zero hesitation, Rob & Jill took some amazing portraits of them in their cap & gowns for us. Our group spontaneously decided at the rehearsal to jump in the lake before “taking the plunge” and not only did they document this, Rob got in 47 degree water to get the perfect shots of everyone jumping off the dock. How many other photographers can you say are willing to do that?! They go the extra mile in every sense. Somehow they managed to be in every place, at every time and truly captured every core memory from the weekend. From the candid moments, to the epic mountain views, and portraits everything was executed perfectly. We could not have asked for a better duo than Rob & Jilly. My friends and family still rave about how great of a job they did and how they didn’t feel like vendors, but rather an extension of our family. "Just thinking of Rob makes me smile! From when we first met in person to talk about our wedding day, until he emailed me my link full of pictures, it was such a pleasure working with him!! Rob showed up way earlier than contracted on our wedding day with two cameras literally strapped to him in some crazy leather holster. Let me just say our wedding day was the rainiest day ever in St. Augustine, FL. Rob and I had planned so many great things outdoors for our photos and then when it was monsooning outside he came up with backup plans so quickly! We were supposed to get married on the Lightner Museum bridge in the courtyard and my mom and wedding planner decided that it would be better to have it at the small chapel instead. About 5 minutes before the ceremony was to begin it stopped raining and they moved everything outside! For anyone who knows anything about photography, that changes EVERYTHING for the photographer. Rob quickly got all of his equipment changed and set up for a last minute outdoor wedding!! I didn't notice this at the time but my bridesmaids said how Rob was literally in bushes/almost in the pond around the bridge to get the best shots. People are still in shock when I show them my pictures and tell them that all of these pictures were taken by ONE photographer. It rained on and off for our entire wedding day and Rob insisted on getting a couple of shots in the rain. I can't even tell you how amazing these shots are!! Did I mention I got all of my photos in THREE WEEKS?! If you do not hire this man, you are doing yourself a disservice! He is so fun, lighthearted, professional and flexible! All of my guests loved him and could not stop commenting on how awesome he was. Please don't go cheap on your photographer for one of the most important days of your life! Aside from my wedding photos, he did our engagement session and they were equally as beautiful. I can't say enough amazing things about this man. Just go to his website and see for yourself!"

"Awesome shots and Customer Service Our son’s hippie-modern-Orthodox wedding took place in 2014 on Jacksonville Beach. The before-wedding festivities and reception were held at the (now defunct) Freebird Café and Music Venue. There is no question that we (unintentionally) threw a lot of demands and obstacles at Rob. In spite of this, Rob was determined to capture this amazing wedding with absolutely beautiful shots. Not sure if Rob had worked a Jewish wedding before but he was in total sync with the event as it unfolded. Initially, we paid for a certain number of photos but when it can time to choose, we couldn’t narrow it down. We ended up purchasing all the shots and managed to create albums on Shutterfly for the bride and groom and other family members. Fast forward as our son and daughter-in-law prepare to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary (with our beautiful grandson in tow!) and we realized that the couple had never ordered their “official” album that was included in the package. In spite of “The Cloud,” we hold to the belief that some traditions are sacred and when these kids are close to celebrating their 37th anniversary as we just did, they will delight in going through a formal album of their special day. So, we reached out to Rob and Jill (on a whim) and asked if there was any way this album could still be produced so many years later. To our surprise, they determined the photos were still accessible and could create a most gorgeous wedding album ready to give as a gift! The album is truly a treasured keepsake and the photos from that day a sweet memorial of family members no longer with us and a tribute to the tradition and love surrounding us on that day."

"So I owe a disclaimer up front: we didn't actually end up using Rob. But believe me, I still feel like he's part of the family I never knew I had. Photography was the toughest decision we had to make. Rob and his wife were great to meet with, and I was totally relaxed at the consultation, despite all the wild things being felled in their front yard by a hurricane (ahem, need I point out the professionalism of meeting me at the home office two days after a hurricane??). St. Augustine abounds with super talented photographers, and eventually you have to choose one. I got in contact about 8 months prior to my wedding and fell in love with his porfolio and just loved his attention to detail. "Rob was/is an AMAZING photographer! Not only is passionate about what he does, he was so much fun to work with. When my husband and I met with Rob for the first time, we had already interviewed 4 other photographers and hadn't been blown away by any of them. "This is just a partial review in that I have only watched Rob in action shooting my daughter's bridal portraits today in Flagler College in St. Augustine, and will share more when he actually shoots the wedding in 2 1/2 weeks, but I just couldn't wait to share!
