Arlene and Paulo are wonderful, warm, inviting people. When we run into each other at a wedding, Arlene is quick to come over, give you a hug, and ask how you're doing. They're two of the hardest-working people we know — up before dawn baking bread and desserts and cakes. We can see them in the shop window when we're driving home at the end of the day. They're known for sophisticated, classic designs, and for everything being absolutely delicious.
