Brannan's Barn wedding venue is Jacksonville's answer for couples who want country charm without giving up comfort. Opened in January 2020, this 10-acre property has a reception hall with AC and heat, dedicated getting-ready spaces, and everything you need for a small wedding.
What makes the property special is how well it's planned. The main building has central heat and air. The bridal lounge and groom's room are both furnished and ready to go. Tables, chairs, linens, and serving pieces are included. Country charm done right.

Why We Love Photographing Here
This venue is built for small weddings, and that smaller scale shows in the photos. With 60 or 80 guests instead of 200, we capture real moments. Everyone knows each other, and the warmth comes through in every shot. Exposed beams and soft lighting give receptions a cozy, inviting feel.
Outside, the 10 acres of farmland are where we do our best portraits. Open fields catch golden hour light with nothing in the way. Tree lines along the edges give us natural framing. The ceremony site with its wooden arch and white seating looks clean and classic.
