We met up with Mac and Danny's family at Vilano Beach to celebrate their little girl Windley turning one — we've been photographing Mackenzie and Danny's milestones ever since they first reached out about their wedding. There was a gold number-one balloon that Windley got to hold on her own out on the open sand, plus the kind of shot where it floated up over the whole family while she grinned in her white dress. We got portraits with mom in the green dress and dad in the patterned shirt, a sweet one of dad holding her hand as they walked toward the water, and grandparents and great-grandma got in on the family photos too. The session wrapped with a few quieter moments, including mom holding Windley for a kiss on the cheek as the light softened.
