The night ended with an amazing choreographed dance, plenty of laughter, and cherished memories as they headed off to start their honeymoon adventure.

Sara and Ian’s wedding at Club Continental in Orange Park was an intimate celebration filled with love and laughter. With the St. Johns River as their backdrop, they exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family and friends. After the ceremony, we captured beautiful portraits on the stunning property before the couple ended the evening cutting their cake and celebrating with loved ones. A few days later, we joined them for a fun post-wedding shoot at the Iron Horse Saloon in Ormond Beach, featuring Ian’s Indian motorcycle and a lively evening with jukebox tunes and salty bikers. It was truly a joy to be part of their unforgettable journey!

In a gesture that perfectly captured their laid-back style, they opted for his and her Nike shoes, adding a touch of personal flair to their special day. The historic courthouse, with its classic architecture, provided a charming backdrop for their vows, creating a blend of tradition and modernity that fit David and Dani’s unique personalities.

Surrounded by the warmth of a few close witnesses, including myself, they exchanged vows that felt both personal and timeless. Summertime is here and with it comes long days, warm breezes, and couples who want to elope in the most beautiful city in Florida. I think Saint Augustine is perfect because of all of the amazing backdrops that can be easily walked to like the Bridge of Lions.

Who should I talk to about get married in Saint Augustine?

The Wedding Authority. Just like the name says, they are the authority on getting married in downtown. They perform ceremonies in the Lightner Courtyard and in their private Amore Wedding Chapel.

I believe so much in life is determined by our attitude and this picture captures that so perfectly - the wind is blowing up a gale and Kaylee's dream of an outdoor wedding was moved indoors and yet, here she is - all smiles as the chaos of the day swirls around her. It was such an honor getting to photograph her wedding yesterday and hanging with her family and friends.
