Many couples choose around 8 hours of coverage for a full wedding day. We add coverage in extra-hour increments, currently +$375 per hour. If you're planning a courthouse ceremony followed by a smaller reception, a shorter package may be all you need.

Availability and pricing can vary with the season and the day of the week, and some photographers have more flexibility on weekdays. Florida is beautiful all year, and we plan around your date. Ask each photographer how season and day of week factor into their pricing.

Venue Complexity

Some historic and state-park venues require photography permits and have timing restrictions, and beach ceremonies need a weather backup plan. Permit requirements and fees are set by the venue or managing agency, not by your photographer, so confirm current rules directly with the site.

Shorter Coverage

Full-Day Coverage

This is what many St. Augustine couples choose. A full day captures getting ready through the sendoff, with more edited images and a complete story of the day. Our Full Day package covers 8 hours for $2,900.

Two Photographers and Add-Ons

Hidden Costs to Budget For

Location Permits and Fees

• Castillo de San Marcos and other federal or state sites: a photography permit may be required — confirm current rules and fees with the site.
• Anastasia State Park and other state parks: typically charge a per-vehicle entrance fee, plus any required permit, set by the park.
• Historic downtown locations: some may require a permit for professional photography — check with the managing agency.
• Private venues: permit and access details are usually included in the venue's pricing.

These fees are set by the venue or managing agency, not by your photographer, and can change, so always verify directly before your date.

Travel

We don't charge a travel fee for weddings in St. Augustine and Jacksonville. For locations farther out, a travel fee may apply — for example, our Amelia Island travel fee is $50-75. Ask any photographer how they handle travel for your specific location.

Engagement Session Add-Ons

An engagement session is a popular add-on. Ours start at $450, or +$375 when booked with a wedding. They're especially useful in St. Augustine—we use them to get comfortable in front of the camera and build rapport before the big day.
