Why Your Wedding Deserves a Video
Photos capture the moments. Video captures the motion, the voices, the music, the emotions. It's hearing your partner's voice crack during the vows. It's your dad's toast that had everyone laughing. It's the song that played during your first dance.
We hear it all the time: "I wish we had gotten a videographer." The day goes by in a blur. The ceremony feels like it lasted 30 seconds. You'll barely remember what your partner said in their vows because you were so nervous.
Sometimes the best moments aren't on the timeline. We recently filmed a wedding at The Treasury where the bride's family had planned a flash mob during the first dance—the bride had no idea. Because we were already set up and rolling for the first dance, we captured the whole thing. That footage became the highlight of their wedding video. You can't plan for those moments, but you can make sure they're captured.
No one has ever come back to us and said "I didn't really need the audio of that toast" or "I wish I hadn't gotten video." It's one of those things that just gets more valuable with time.
