UF Health's "Havana by the Bay" gala took over River House Events in St. Augustine, welcoming guests with a signage-and-florals entry and cocktails out on the waterfront colonnade. A live percussionist set the mood on the bongos next to a table of hats and props, and there were remarks from the podium before the games got going. The real energy came out at the casino tables — a craps game drew a crowd of reactions, and the roulette wheel kept spinning into the night.
