About La Cocina Bistro & Catering
La Cocina Bistro & Catering is a St. Augustine bistro and catering operation run by Executive Chef Norberto Jaramillo and his wife Cristina Santana, who've been part of the local culinary scene for more than 15 years. The bistro itself — a bakery, restaurant, and coffee shop just south of historic West King Street — serves Colombian breads, pastries, and coffee alongside breakfast and lunch, and the catering side handles weddings, corporate events, private events, and holiday parties across North Florida.
It's one of several concepts Norberto runs in St. Augustine, alongside La Cocina International and De Leon Latin Cocina, so the catering arm draws on a full working kitchen team rather than a one-off event operation.
