Chauncey & James’s Elopement

Chauncey and James met at an Easter service inside the very chapel where they said "I do" — Christ Church in Ponte Vedra Beach. James had slipped in at the last minute and hadn't even noticed Chauncey, who was visiting her family from out of town. By the end of that afternoon, their story had already started. Almost two years to the day, here they were, surrounded by the people closest to them. We took their family portraits in the same spot where James proposed. The whole day was about family — the kind of close-knit, everyone-knows-everyone gathering where the officiant blesses the baby and nobody's in a rush to leave.
