During the reception, the couple snuck away to capture a few romantic photos amid the enchanting Nights of Lights. Meg, whom we first met while she was studying communications at Flagler College, embarked on travels through Australia and Asia after graduation. Upon returning to the U.S., she joined our team for a summer and became the best assistant we've ever had. That same year, she met Nate in Jacksonville. After the Navy relocated them to Hawaii and then New Orleans, Meg opened her own photography studio called Melleaux Photo. When she asked us to photograph her wedding, we were thrilled. The preparations took place at the stylish Virgin Hotel, and the couple exchanged vows at the picturesque Swoop Duggins house. The magical celebration included dancing, drinks with close friends, a New Orleans Second Line, and tarot card readings.

Yesterday, I grabbed this one out of the reject pile, dusted it off and spent some time touching it up. For the type, my buddy Bryant whipped up something simple but still elegant.

This week we hop into the "WAY BACK" machine all the way back to 2008. This is a great look not just at the changes I have made to the bike over the years but also the changes in my photography.

When people ask me "how can I take better photos" I tell them the only way to get better it practice. Practice, practice, practice. I am really excited to see what my photos will look like in another 5 years.
