Throwback Thursday. These photos are from a 52 week project I completed in 2011. It was a personal project that required me to take one photo a week, every week, for a year. The rules were pretty simple, the photo had to be taken by me and had to be a photo of me. I […]
Teach it Tuesday – followup. I was asked how I hand drew the dirt / dust cloud. I created a layer and using a standard brush with a wide pattern started painting. You can see from the animation that I alternated dark and light with the spray pattern. I would add, remove, add, remove until […]
Teach it Tuesday. I often get asked how I shot or processed certain shots today I am going to explain how I put this shot together. Last year I shot similar photo to this. Throwback Thursday. It was just over 2 years ago when I met Kristi at a wedding I was shooting at the White Room here in St. Augustine. She works as an aerialist for Shamu out in California… so when she came into town we met up and had a great time.
Throwback Thursday. Two years ago this week my oldest and best friend, Bryant, got married. I got to attend a wedding as a member of the wedding party and not the help… but that didn’t stop me from grabbing a few frames along the way. Happy Anniversary Bryant and Kat! I wish you many many returns.
Recently I had the opportunity to meet with some local photographers and share some of my Photography and Photoshop techniques… here are a couple of my favorite frames featuring Jacqueline. Not only is she an accomplished photographer but is also crazy awesome.
A shot that I took this week as part of a personal project seemed to fit with mothers day pretty well.
