When Jade and Messiah couldn't wait until their big New Year's wedding, they decided to make it official at the courthouse with just their closest people by their side. I loved capturing them walking hand in hand down that courthouse hallway, and watching their little one in the green dress hold mom's hand as they headed to the ceremony together. The ring exchange under that sweet floral arch was so intimate and genuine – you could see how happy they were to finally be doing this. After they said their vows, we snuck outside to the courtyard for some quick portraits with Jade's gorgeous white and green bouquet, and I couldn't help but smile watching them show off those new wedding rings together. The whole thing felt so authentic and joyful, from their matching white outfits to the way they kept looking at each other like they couldn't believe they'd actually done it.
