When it rains…

As a Florida native you learn to accept a few things about our lovely state: Mickey Mouse is the state animal, our mosquitos can carry away small animals and when it rains – it pours. 

Charlie and Jessica drove all the way up from Miami for their engagement session on Friday and when the forecast called for rain (and I mean cats and dogs) I asked Jessica if she wanted to go for it… she said yes without even hesitating. 

Five minutes into our session the sky opened up but instead of running for cover I asked if we could make a few images first.

Totally worth it 🙂
